CVR research in computer vision & graphics runs the gamut from the design and fabrication of computer vision sensors, development of computer vision theory and algorithms, human-in-the loop systems, and integration with robotic heads and mobile robots. Application areas include medical assistive devices, search-and-rescue, underwater inspection, security systems, transportation monitoring and geomatics.
