Poster Abstract Submission

Poster abstracts can be submitted upon registration, or any time after registration and before May 29, 2017. Acceptance will be announced by June 1, 2017.

Abstracts should be 300 words or less.  

Once you have registered, you will be sent an email with your ticket(s). To add or edit your abstract, click on the login link in the email, or just go back to the registration site and click on the Log in link at the top right.
 
If you haven’t yet created a password, enter your email address and click on Forget password.  You will then be sent an email that will allow you to set or reset your password. 
 
Once you have registered and have logged into the registration site you can edit your registration information, including your abstract, by clicking on View your order at the top of the page.
 

Presubmission enquires can be sent to the Conference Chair Laurence Harris.

Posters can be up to 3 feet (width) x 4 feet (height) in size.  Please check the schedule for poster presentation times.

Posters will remain up for viewing and discussion for the duration of the conference.
